MATERIALS

Materials used are natural semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, sterling silver, gold-fill, vermeil, copper and brass. I use genuine Austrian Swarovski crystal beads and Sterling Silver including handcrafted American, Bali, Hilltribe Thai, Turkish and Indian beads. .925 Sterling Silver, 14K gold-fill, 22K and 24K quality Vermeil are used. I also use lampwork glass, furnace glass, Czech glass beads, shell and coral in my designs.

GUARANTEE

All jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals that it was due to negligence on my part, I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost, or, if preferred, give a full refund. If you should chip a stone or damage a piece not due to my workmanship, or if after six (6) months of ownership from the original date of purchase, I will work with you and submit a reasonable quote for repair.

I will respond to all orders within 24 to 48 hours. All items are one of a kind and handcrafted with great care. I will stand behind my designs and repair or resize anything you have purchased from me. Every effort has been made to present the colors in the photos as close to the originals as possible, but color accuracy of images cannot be guaranteed due to variations in system set ups and monitors.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars, and subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include tax and shipping/handling costs, as these will be calculated when a purchase or purchases are made.

PAYMENT

i use PayPal for the shopping cart because I like to use it to pay for items on line myself. You can pay using any credit card(i.e., Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.), but PayPal is just one of the fastest and most secure ways to pay online with special buyer protections built in, and is free of charge for you. If you have any trouble paying for your purchase through PayPal, please email me, or call 214-926-2316, and I will send you an invoice that will make it easier for you. I also accept personal checks and money orders in payment. If you pay by personal check, please allow an additional 8 - 10 days before your item ships.

i use USPS for shipping, and first class shipping with tracking. First class shipping in the USA is free, but I ask that you insure all purchases totaling $50.00. RETURN POLICY

Two Wolves Jewelry Designs offers a Money Back Guarantee on your purchases. I want you to be absolutely satisfied with anything and everything you purchase off my site.

Contact with Two Wolves Jewelry Designs is required prior to any return in order to process your request and to better serve your needs. Items may be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. If within that time you decide to not keep your item, I will refund your purchase price. To qualify for this guarantee:

All products must be returned in the original state they were received.
Products which have been abused or modified by a 3rd party (such as a jeweler) cannot be accepted for refunds.
Please enclose the original shipping document with your purchase (and ship back in the original packaging if possible).
Return the item via INSURED courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and retain the mailing receipt. This will protect you in case the item is lost in transit.

Please let me know on the shipping document if you would like to exchange the item or receive a refund of your purchase price. Once I receive your return, I will refund your purchase price or exchange the item per your request.
If the original item was paid via check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
If PayPal was used to pay for the item, your PayPal account will be properly credited for any payments you have made toward the purchase price. The credit will be made within five (5) business days after receipt and verification of the merchandise.
Shipping/Delivery charges are not refundable.
Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned item(s) only.
