Our Service Pledge to You:

Each piece is a one-of-a-kind, hand crafted and designed using only quality natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, sterling silver (.925 and higher) and gold (14k gold, 14k and 24k gold vermeil and goldfilled) components. Utilization of other materials (i.e., copper, brass, crystals, glass, etc.) is listed in the description of the jewelry piece.  I will respond to inquiries and orders within 24-48 hours.  I want everyone to be happy and satisfied with their purchase; if you experience any problem with your piece after receiving it, please e-mail me (SEE Guarantee below).

 Ordering:

  1. Please leave a voice mail message and I will acknowledge receipt of same within 24-48 hours; *
  2. E-mail - you can e-mail inquiries and/or orders to TwoWolvesJewelry@aol.com; and I will respond within 24-48 hours;  *
  3. Online Shopping:  I have utilized the services of PayPal and the shopping cart system to process credit card payments.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.  If you have not used the PayPal system before, it is very user friendly and all you need do is follow the prompts.  Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button (the shopping cart allows you to purchase one or multiple items with a single payment), and when you are ready to purchase, click "Checkout" and follow the steps to purchase your jewelry. 

*   Refer to Section entitled "Payment" for guidelines when utilizing either 1 or 2 as ordering options with regard to the payment and shipping of items ordered.

Guarantee:

I take great pride in my work and guarantee the workmanship of each piece, and if any jewelry piece should have a failure of materials or workmanship, I will repair or replace the item free of charge.  However, if a jewelry piece should suffer a chipped or broken stone or damage not due to workmanship, I will work with you and submit a reasonable quote for repair.  

I believe jewelry should fit comfortably to enhance the enjoyment of wearing it, and  I will  resize anything you have purchased from me. 

Return Policy:

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction the following return policy will apply:

All items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be packaged and returned in the original condition it was received with a copy of the invoice. In order to better serve your needs and process your request, please email Two Wolves Jewelry Designs prior to any return of merchandise.  I will email you a RI#  (Return Item #), which you need to note on the front of your package and also the address on the copy of the invoice enclosed with your return.  Please pack item carefully and return the item via INSURED courier (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) and retain the mailing receipt for tracking purposes.  This will protect you in case the item is lost in transit.  Refunds will not be given on items lost in transit.  

On the copy of the invoice enclosed with your return, please advise if you would like to exchange the item or receive a refund of your purchase price.  If the original item was paid using a check, money order or cashier's check, a refund check will be mailed to you.  If PayPal was used for your purchase, your PayPal account will be properly credited for any payments made towards the purchase price of the item(s).  The credit will be made within 5 business days after receipt and verification of the merchandise.  Sorry, Shipping/Delivery charges are non-refundable.

All non-custom orders may be returned for a credit or exchange, less the cost of shipping.  Sale items, custom orders or items that have been adjusted are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Earrings are not returnable.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:

For Orders Within the United States:

Available jewelry items will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of payment confirmation. If an item should become unavailable due to prior sale, you will be notified within 1 business day either by email or phone. At that time, options for ordering a similar item can be discussed. 

Shipping and insurance fees are paid by the customer. Shipping is via USPS (United States Postal Service) and all items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. A flat rate of $5.00 is charged for all orders. Insurance is available upon request. Currently the United States Postal Service charge the following fees for insured mail:

  • $0.01    -   $50.00                      $1.30
  • $50.01  -   $100.00                    $2.20
  • $100.01-   $1,000.00                 $2.20 *

             * plus $1.00 for each $100 or fraction thereof over $100 in desired coverage up to $5,000.

For International Orders:

I will calculate the shipping and insurance based upon applicable costs to ship to your country. I will send a confirming email advising of the fees and requesting your approval. Any applicable import/export/taxes will be your responsibility. If requested, alternative methods of shipping may be arranged (i.e., Federal Express, UPS,  or 1-day, 2-day, etc.). If alternative shipping is used, additional charges may apply.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax applies if you are a resident of the State of Texas.

Payment:

Preferred method of payment is PayPal.  Due to the special built in protections, PayPal is  one of the easiest, safest, and most convenient methods of payment for both you and me. When utilizing the PayPal method of payment, please do not forget to add $5.00 shipping and handling charges.  I also accept MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, and PERSONAL CHECKS.  When paying by PERSONAL CHECK,  please allow an additional 3-5 days for shipment, as I will have to wait for this type of payment to clear the bank.

If you order by telephone or e-mail, please give me the details/description of the item(s), and I will place a hold on the item(s) until I am in receipt of payment.  If payment for any item(s) on hold is not received within 15 days of my acknowledgement of receipt of your order, the items will be released back into inventory and the order cancelled.  

INTERNATIONAL - Payment accepted through PayPal only.

 

Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to me.  Two Wolves Jewelry Designs does not rent, buy, sell or share any contact information/personal information with any third party for any purpose.  Your information remains strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and to help serve you better.
